Communication

Submit bookings

• Bookings and/or changes must be submitted via the email address adminplanning@unicleanandrentals.com or via our form             'Submitting arrivals and departures' on this website.


• In order to keep our planning as tight as possible, we ask you to provide the following information when submitting a booking:                  - Arrival* (date, flight number and arrival time of flight)
- Departure (date, flight number and departure time of apartment)
- Number of persons
- Check-in and/or check-out (If necessary, also provide a name and telephone number including country code)
- Any comments

*If you do not indicate an arrival time, the arrival will be placed in the agenda as standard at 15:00 and cleaning can take place until that time.     Large and small jobs and renovations


• Questions about renovations, repairs or jobs can be sent to maintenance@unicleanandrentals.com.
Other communication


• For other communication, which is not related to bookings, the e-mail address denisebakker@unicleanandrentals.com is used.


Arrival and departure on the same day

In case of a change of guests on the same day, we use the following check-in and check-out times.
• Check-out 10:00
• Check-in 15:00
Earlier check-in or later check-out can be arranged by contacting us a few days in advance.


Check-in and check-out procedure

When checking in, guests are welcomed at the apartment or gate of the complex. An explanation is given about the surroundings, the complex and the associated regulations and all electrical appliances in the apartment.
When checking out, we look together with the guest at how the apartment is left and whether there is any damage. We pay particular attention to the large and electrical objects in the apartment. This is then communicated to the owner immediately after departure, so that the deposit can be settled or returned to the guest, if they have paid a deposit to the owner.
If the guests leave earlier than the agreed check-out time and a UniClean employee is already on the way and on time, the check-out will still be charged.
If no check-out is desired, the owner will be informed of any damage and/or missing items when UniClean discovers this, for example when checking the apartment or during cleaning.

UniClean is not liable for damage and/or missing items at any time!


Regulations

UniClean has a standard regulation with a description of how to handle your property. This is placed in your apartment for the guests to read. During a check-in, these regulations are discussed with the guests.

Do you have specific wishes regarding your apartment, such as for an arrival or regarding cleaning or key management? You can pass these on in an email to adminplanning@unicleanandrentals.com


Left-behind food and drinks.

Our cleaning team is instructed by us to throw away or donate everything that the previous guest has left behind. We do not leave anything behind for the next guests, except our welcome package.

If you wish to leave everything that has been or will be left behind for the next arrival, it is necessary to pass this on to us.


Deposit

When renting to strangers, we ask the owner to charge a deposit. If the guests have not left the apartment according to the UniClean regulations, which means that extra time and work has to be put into the cleaning, UniClean can charge extra costs, which can be deducted from the deposit. This will first be discussed with the owner after providing photos of the situation.
If the owner does not ask for a deposit from the guests, the owner is liable for any extra costs that have arisen due to the guests not complying with the UniClean regulations and the additional work that is required to provide a quality cleaning.

Last minute

A last minute means passing on a booking 48 hours before the guests arrive. For this, one and a half times the rate of a normal cleaning is charged.

Delivery cleaning

This is the first cleaning or a cleaning after a renovation. This involves extra thorough cleaning. This involves more work than a maintenance cleaning and the costs for this will be determined in consultation with the owner.


Key management

Uniclean manages the keys to your apartment, which means that guests staying in your apartment can and may always call us for emergencies. We will then review, assess, communicate with the owner and, if necessary, take action to resolve the emergency. We also check the apartment if it is empty for a period longer than a month and whether the weather conditions make this necessary. After an inspection, UniClean will send a message to the owner.

For non-emergency emergencies, UniClean can be reached between 08:00 and 20:00. In the event of emergencies, such as leaks, lockouts and burglary, UniClean can be reached 24/7.

Repairs are not included in key management.


Bed linen and towels

• Use of Uniclean bed linen and towels:
Uniclean is responsible for the supply of bed linen and towels for your apartment.

• Use of the apartment's own bed linen and towels:
Your bed linen and towels must be marked with a label. No permanent marker.
Your supply must consist of at least:
- 3 sets of towels per person
- 3 sets of bath towels per person
- 3 sets of bed linen per bed
- 3 sets of guest towels per bathroom
- 3 sets of tea towels
- 3 sets of kitchen towels

The following is provided per stay:
- 1 towel + bath towel per guest
- 1 set of bed linen per bed
- 1 guest towel per bathroom
- 1 tea towel + kitchen towel per kitchen
- 1 set of everything in the cupboard as a reserve if there is no change on the same day

The other sets are managed by us, so that there is always a set ready for a cleaning, for example in the event of a change on the same day or an unexpected cleaning.

For white bed linen and towels, extra costs are charged for washing. We recommend using colored bed linen and towels.


Baby bed and high chair.

You can rent a baby bed and/or high chair from us.

Baby bed with accessories: €10 per night

high chair: €7.50 per night

Baby bed and high chair together: €15 per night

You can indicate this when booking with us.


Payment terms

Invoice
• Invoices are sent to the owner in the last week of the month in which the services were provided. We have a 10-day payment term. If the payment term is exceeded, a reminder will be sent. Additional costs will be charged for a second reminder.

UniClean needs the following information to draw up the invoice:
- Full name and/or company name
- Invoice address
- NIE number

UniClean's account number is stated on the invoice you received.


Termination of the cooperation agreement

The cooperation you enter into with us is without obligation and can be terminated at any time by either party. Keys to your apartment will be returned once all payments have been settled.
